Argentina Dirt - Chimichurri Spice Blend

Chimichurri Sauce:
Mix ¾ cup Argentina Dirt with ⅓ cup olive oil and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar. Let it sit for a few hours to allow the flavors to fully develop.

Use this vibrant, herb-packed sauce as a marinade or finishing touch for grilled steak, fish, chicken, lamb—or stir it into pasta, polenta, rice, quinoa, or farro.

It’s also fantastic drizzled over burgers, vegetables, French fries, popcorn, chicken, tacos, and eggs.

Serve it as a dip with fresh veggies or crusty bread. Toss into salads or roasted vegetables for an extra punch of flavor.

Crafted With:
Smoked paprika, zesty lemon, cracked black pepper, garlic, and a vibrant blend of herbs including Mexican oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, and savory—balanced with a touch of heat from crushed red pepper and a foundation of kosher salt.

Argentina Dirt Spice Blends are sifted prior to packaging.  Stand up bags are sealed and zipped to keep the contents fresh. Shaker spice jars  are sealed with a pressure sensitive liner. Store in a cool, dry place, and away from heat. Products may clump due to heat, humidity or improper seal. If your spice blend is clumping, remove from package and resift, or place in a coffee grinder or blender.
